We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days from confirmation.

Delivery timelines vary depending on destination:

  • UAE: 2–4 business days
  • GCC: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs, logistics delays, or external factors.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs authorities.
  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us and additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched. However, we will assist customers in resolving issues with the courier where possible.

Customers must ensure that shipping details are accurate. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
