Returns and Exchange

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused 
  • In its original condition and packaging 
  • Free from any marks, scratches, or signs of installation

Returns must be requested and approved prior to collection. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will share the necessary instructions and arrange the collection.

Damages and issues

At The Wall Chapter, each piece is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged prior to dispatch.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Due to the crafted and modular nature of our pieces, slight variations in:

  • Color
  • Finish
  • Alignment 
  • Installation outcome

are considered part of the design and not defects.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused 
  • In its original condition and packaging 
  • Free from any marks, scratches, or signs of installation

Once your exchange is approved, you may:

  • Exchange for another product, or 
  • Exchange for a different color or variation, subject to availability

If there is a price difference, it will be adjusted accordingly.
All exchanges must be requested and approved in advance.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds.

If a return is approved, a store credit (gift card) will be issued under your name for the full approved amount.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will fall under the Return Policy.

Order Refusal

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion in cases including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
